Right way to make resolutions so that you don't have to repeat them NEXT YEAR

A very Happy New Year to everyone… I am glad that you decided to change your habits as you are entering in new year. Indeed a desire to change and improve is the first step to make yourself happy and productive in this world, full of distractions. I want to make a point that desire to change is good start of forming any new habit and achieving something aspirational in 2015.







Alas, only desire is not sufficient enough to take you to your goals. New year resolutions need to be made and executed in such a way that they become source of joy and not of unhappiness as you move along with 2015. I have three tips to guide you to make resolutions in such a way that you will be able to achieve them by year end-
  • Commit to process and not to End Result
  • Follow Rituals
  • Prioritize Looking forward over looking backwards
